Job Description

We are looking for a Visa Slots Monitoring Executive with excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring visa appointment availability, checking for newly released slots, and promptly updating the required information.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor visa appointment/slot availability on designated portals.
Check regularly for newly released or cancelled appointment slots.
Quickly identify available slots and update the relevant team.
Enter and maintain information accurately in spreadsheets or internal systems.
Perform fast and accurate data entry.




Follow instructions and standard operating procedures carefully.
Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and login credentials.
Work efficiently during high-demand periods when slots may become available for a short time.
Coordinate with the team and provide timely status updates.

Required Skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Valuable computer and internet skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Willingness to work in shifts or flexible schedule, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
