Role & Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for core modules including dispatch, telematics, driver safety, and compliance — from ideation to launch.
Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to define user stories, prioritize backlog, and validate MVPs with real-time user feedback.
Translate market trends and customer pain points into measurable product KPIs and feature specs using Jira/Confluence.
Run A/B tests and feature rollouts to validate hypotheses — iterate fast based on behavioral analytics (Mixpanel,



Amplitude).
Align cross-functional teams around OKRs; present product performance dashboards to leadership monthly.
Monitor churn, NPS, and feature adoption — embed insights into roadmap planning to drive retention and expansion.
