MIS Reporting & Analysis o Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports. o Assimilate and analyze data from multiple systems to create actionable insights. o Monitor and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. o Detect anomalies, trends, and patterns to address operational inefficiencies.
Data Management & Visualization o Develop and maintain operational dashboards for all business verticals. o Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Excel. o Build Excel-based applications, macros (VBA), and automation tools for reporting.
Analytical Insights o Derive insights from electoral and demographic data using statistical methods. o Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to make recommendations.



o Link data analysis to business objectives for improved decision-making.
Collaboration & Communication o Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver reports. o Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports, charts, and presentations.
Project Management o Manage analytics projects to extract, process, and analyze data from multiple sources. o Ensure timely delivery of reports and insights in line with business timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,779.58 per month
