Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic, target-driven English-Speaking Travel Sales Agents to join our USA-based Flight Booking Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound PPC calls from US customers looking exclusively for airline tickets and flight-related services.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (with a neutral or US accent), confident in communication, and capable of assisting international customers professionally while converting flight inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound PPC calls from English-speaking customers based in the USA.
Assist customers exclusively with flight bookings, itinerary planning, date changes, and airline ticketing.
Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend the best routing and fare options.
Convert flight inquiries into successful bookings to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build customer trust through professional, accurate, and effective communication.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the flight booking process.
Maintain accurate records of flight bookings, PNRs, customer information, and interactions.
Follow company sales procedures and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements




Fluent in English – spoken and written (Neutral or US accent preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Previous travel sales experience, specifically in US flight bookings, is highly preferred.
Knowledge of airline routing, fare rules, and booking portals (knowledge of GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a solid advantage).
Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
Confident in handling international (US) customers over the phone.
Comfortable working US shift timings (Night shifts).
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
