Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities for our NEET & JEE coaching institute. The candidate will be responsible for generating awareness, leads and student enquiries through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate student enquiries and admissions.
Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
Manage and execute school visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops and promotional events.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, event agencies and other external partners.
Assist in the planning and execution of outdoor branding, pamphlet distribution, hoardings, banners and other local marketing activities.
Support social media and content campaigns in coordination with the digital/content team.




Monitor lead generation activities and campaign performance.
Track competitor activities, market trends and local education/coaching developments.
Work closely with the admission team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of marketing-generated leads.
Maintain marketing activity reports and provide regular updates to management.
Help strengthen the institute's brand presence within the local market.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. (Science background is preferred)
2–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Candidates with experience in the education, edtech, coaching or test-preparation industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
