Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: This includes preparing purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Conducting Due Diligence: Reviewing property titles, surveys, and inspection reports to identify potential legal issues and risks.
Legal Advice and Support: Advising clients and stakeholders on legal issues related to real estate transactions, such as property ownership and zoning regulations.
Handling Litigation:



Representing clients in real estate negotiations, disputes, and litigation, and providing legal guidance throughout the process.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant RERA Agreements, JDA Patta procedures, and home loan guidelines.
