Job Responsibilities
Assist in purchasing materials, tools, electrical items, spare parts and other required items.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing and availability.
Compare quotations and assist in selecting suitable suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase-related records.
Follow up with vendors regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with stores, accounts and other departments for material requirements.
Check received materials against purchase orders and required specifications.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase transactions.
Support the Purchase Manager/Senior in day-to-day procurement activities.





Required Skills
Basic knowledge of purchase and procurement activities.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical materials will be an advantage.

Candidates with relevant purchase/procurement experience may also apply.
Positive communication and basic computer knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
