Project Manager – Firefighting Systems & Project Planning

Location: Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: ₹5–5.5 LPA

Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of firefighting system installations within scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and execution teams, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and vendors.
Lead engineers, technicians, and subcontractors; provide guidance and resolve in office issues.
Supervise the sourcing and management of materials and equipment.
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and help prevent cost overruns.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations,



and conduct safety inspections.
Maintain project schedules, change orders, material requisitions, and client communications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of project management experience in fire projects.
Experience in the firefighting industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
