Job Summary

Acuerdo India Private Limited is hiring Collection Executives for our Gurugram office. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves customer calling, payment follow-ups, collection activities, and achieving monthly collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Handle collection and recovery-related calls professionally.
Communicate with customers and resolve basic payment-related queries.
Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.
Follow up regularly with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Maintain proper records and reports of collection activities.

Requirements
Positive Hindi communication and convincing skills.




Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Comfortable working with collection and performance targets.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in collection, recovery, telecalling, BPO, telesales, or customer service are preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: As per interview and candidate profile
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available, up to ₹1,00,000*

Subject to applicable targets and company policy.
