Hiring – Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive

We are hiring for a Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide technical assistance, and identify relevant sales and upselling opportunities.

Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive

Experience : 6 Months – 3 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Rotational Shifts ( Cab facility available in limited areas)

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide qualified customer support.
Understand customer requirements and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Assist customers with internet, connectivity, website, account, or technology-related queries.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.
Recommend suitable products, upgrades, and additional services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage clearly.
Handle customer objections and convert suitable opportunities into sales.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction while achieving sales and productivity targets.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
