Job Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive Computer Science curriculum for higher secondary (Class 11 & 12) students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical lab sessions aligned with the latest syllabus and industry standards.
Assess student performance through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Mentor and guide students on academic projects, coding competitions, and research initiatives.
Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary learning and promote technology-driven pedagogy.
Maintain classroom discipline, create an inclusive learning environment, and encourage critical thinking.
Participate in faculty meetings, career development programs, and school events.
Stay updated with emerging trends in computer science and incorporate relevant topics such as AI, data science, and cybersecurity into the curriculum.

Essential Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field (or equivalent skilled qualification).
Cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Computer Science (preferred).
Strong foundation in core Computer Science subjects: algorithms, data structures, programming languages, databases, operating systems, and networking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to manage a classroom and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Desired Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary or junior college level.
Hands‑on experience with programming tools and settings (e.g., Python, Java, C++, IDEs, and version control systems).
Experience in guiding student projects, hackathons, or coding competitions.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital assessment tools is an added advantage.
