Your Main Chapters (Key Responsibilities)
Curated Selling: Greet customers and engage them in meaningful conversation to provide tailored book recommendations.
Master of the Stacks: Shelve current arrivals and backstock accurately.
Point of Sale (POS): Handle transactions efficiently, process returns, and manage gift card sales with a friendly attitude.
Merchandising: Help design eye-catching window displays and "Staff Picks" sections to highlight hidden gems.
Inventory Integrity: Assist with receiving shipments, unboxing recent titles, and reporting low-stock items.
