Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our real estate sales team, develop marketing strategies, generate leads, and drive property sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate and convert leads through digital marketing, telecalling, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns for real estate projects.
Track sales performance, prepare reports,



and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate with digital marketing and other internal teams for lead generation.
Ensure effective follow-up with prospective customers and improve conversion rates.
Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.
Achieve revenue, booking, and sales targets within the given timelines.

Requirements
1–8 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is preferred.
Ability to manage a sales team and work under target pressure.
Strong customer relationship and business development skills.

Pay: ₹25,461.94 - ₹60,350.19 per month
