Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive gold loan business and achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage the gold loan portfolio and ensure portfolio quality.
Handle gold valuation, loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and collections.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business targets.
Develop new customers and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Track branch KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
Age below 35 years.




4–6 years of experience in Gold Loan / Gold Finance.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager with team-handling experience.
Strong knowledge of gold valuation and gold loan processing.
Solid sales and target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of branch operations and risk management.
