KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Counsel prospective students (UG & PG) on suitable courses, specialisations, and universities aligned with their academic background and career goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins; convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
• Guide students through the application and admission process — including documentation, eligibility check.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets; maintain a structured follow-up pipeline using CRM tools.
• Address queries from students and parents regarding fee structures, scholarships, hostel facilities, placements, and campus life.
• Participate in education fairs, school outreach programmes, open days, and webinars to drive student awareness and footfall.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application status, and enrolment data; submit regular MIS reports to the admissions team.
