Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Valuable to have skills : Splunk, Datadog

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, your day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and reliable operations. You will be responsible for managing change requests and ensuring that all updates are well documented to facilitate efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration plays a key role in your routine, as you work closely with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions, thereby supporting the overall health and performance of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in documenting and updating technical knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency.
Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex issues.
Engage proactively with vendors to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog.
Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Ability to manage and implement Requests for Change with minimal disruption.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
