About the Role

We are looking for a MERN Stack Trainee who is a fresher but has already completed an internship in MERN Stack development and is looking to start their career in a full-time development role.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN Stack.
Work with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Debug issues and assist in troubleshooting application errors.
Collaborate with developers and other team members on assigned projects.
Learn and follow industry-standard development practices.

Requirements
Fresher with a completed MERN Stack internship.
Good understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of REST APIs and Git/GitHub will be an advantage.




Solid willingness to learn and grow as a developer.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Candidates based in Indore are preferred.
Willingness to work on-site from the Indore office.

Internship Experience Required

Candidates should have prior MERN Stack internship experience. During the selection process, candidates may be asked to share:
Internship company name
Internship duration
Technologies/projects worked on
Last/current internship stipend
Internship completion certificate, if available

Training & Full time Opportunity
Initial 2 Months: Training period
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
After Successful Completion: Opportunity for a Full-Time role based on performance and evaluation.
Full-time compensation will be discussed during the selection process.
