Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Residential Projects with 10+ years of experience in residential construction to lead and manage projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential construction projects from initial planning to final handover.
Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, quality, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, work schedules, and material requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of works.
Identify and resolve technical, site, and project-related issues.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at project sites.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
Prepare and review project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.




Ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable construction practices.
Manage project costs and ensure completion within the approved budget and timeline.
Take responsibility for successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in residential construction/project management.
B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
Strong experience in handling residential projects, villas, and high-end homes.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, estimation, and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
