TGT English – Vacancy Job Description Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English Department: English Location: Delhi Public Secondary School Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Teach English to students of Classes VI–X in accordance with the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines. Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centred lessons. Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other teaching-learning resources. Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, projects, and examinations, and maintain accurate academic records. Focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, literature, speaking and communication skills. Provide remedial support and enrichment activities according to students' learning needs. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment. Participate actively in school assemblies, co-curricular activities, competitions, examinations, workshops, and other academic responsibilities.



Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and behaviour. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning and school development initiatives. Maintain professional conduct and uphold the values, discipline, and standards of the school. Eligibility & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in English with B.Ed. CTET qualification preferred/required as per applicable norms. Valuable command of spoken and written English. Solid classroom management and communication skills. Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students. Experience: Preferably 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school. Freshers with robust academic credentials may also be considered. Salary: Commensurate with qualification, experience, and school norms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
