Job Description: Pre-Primary teacher

A pre primary educates and cares for young children aged 3 to 6, helping them build foundational social, emotional, and academic skills before formal schooling.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and lead play-based learning activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and numbers or letters introduction.
Classroom Management: Establish daily routines like circle time, snack breaks, and group rules to create a secure, orderly environment.
Child Development Support: Promote fine and gross motor skills through physical games, drawing, and interactive play.
Behavior & Social Guidance: Teach basic social values like sharing, empathy, patience, and conflict resolution.
Student Assessment: Monitor and record children's developmental progress and identify any special learning or behavioral needs.
Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to families regarding their child's daily activities, behavior, and academic milestones.
Health and Safety: Ensure classroom cleanliness, supervise children during play, and enforce safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in early childhood education,



child development, or a related field (or a completed Pre-Primary Teacher Training (PPTT) certification).
Experience: Prior experience working in a preschool, daycare, or kindergarten setting.
Certifications: Valid child CPR and first aid certification (where required by local regulations).
Key Skills: High patience, solid verbal communication, creativity, and a Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational supervises and educates children who are around three to five.
