The organization has branches across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. As part of our ongoing expansion across Kerala, We are looking for candidates for the following positions:
Sales Officer
Senior Sales Officer
Sales Manager
Senior Sales Manager
Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Depending on the position, the responsibilities may include:
Finding new potential prospects/customers and developing new business.
Explaining Southern MCS Financial Products and services to customers.
Building and maintaining valuable relationships with customers.
Following up with potential customers and converting leads into business.
Achieving monthly Sales and Business Requirements.
Supporting Branch Business development activities.

For Manager-level positions:
Building and managing a sales team and achieving team Sales and Business Requirements.
Guiding and Supporting team members to improve their performance.
Maintaining regular follow-up and reporting to senior management.
