We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team on a Work From Home basis. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce and explain company products and services to customers.
Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up with prospects.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Confident and pleasant communication style.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
