Position: Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive

Department: Renewal Retention

Location: Noida

Reporting To: DVP

Role Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to communicate with customers, provide information, resolve queries, promote products/services, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves achieving calling targets, maintaining call quality, and updating customer records accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Makeoutbound callsto customers as perdefineddaily targets.
Provideaccurateinformation aboutproducts, services, renewals, or offers.
Follow communication scripts andmaintaincall quality standards.
Update customer information, call outcomes, and remarks in the CRM/system.
Identifycustomer needs and provide suitable recommendations.




Maintain skilled communication to ensure highcustomer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthlycalling, conversion, orfollow?uptargets.
Ensure compliance withcompany policies, data privacy, and call handling guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Graduate preferred.
Prior experience intelecalling, customer service, or outbound sales is an advantage.
Robust communicationskills inEnglish and/or regional languages.
Positive listening skills andcustomer?handlingability.
Basic computerproficiency(MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure, objections, and challenging conversations.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and discipline.
