Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Promote banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and loans.
Verify customer documents and complete KYC formalities.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the banking system.
Support cash and non-cash banking operations as per branch requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
Meet monthly sales and service targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Higher Secondary Education (12th Grade equivalent) or Any Graduate (preferred).
Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Customer service and relationship-building ability.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Salary and Advantages
Freshers: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.8 LPA
Experienced: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (depending on experience and location)
