About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Paginator to join our publishing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are interested in building a career in publishing, typesetting, and page composition using Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities
Perform page composition and pagination using Adobe InDesign.
Format and layout books, journals, educational, and academic content.
Apply styles, templates, and formatting according to project specifications.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of page layouts.
Work closely with production and quality control teams to meet project deadlines.
Learn and follow publishing workflows and industry standards.

Requirements




Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented workplace.
Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
