What you'll do
Solid knowledge & experience of PLC programming and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Special Purpose Machines




Experience in handling and maintenance of Leak Testing Machines, Light Testing, Vision Inspection Systems, Gluing / Dispensing Machines, Aiming Machines
Analyse machine failure trends using MTBF / MTTR data
Carry out root cause analysis of repetitive breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions
Identify and implement automation improvement projects to reduce manual intervention
Lead Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing initiatives in assembly lines
Coordinate with machine suppliers and OEMs for breakdown support
Conduct safety audits and ensure zero accident culture
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLC programs for machine control and automation
Diagnose electrical and control system faults using PLC logic and implement corrective actions
