Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our watch retail store. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in the watch or luxury retail industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product enquiries and provide basic information about watches.
Support the Store Manager and sales team in daily store operations.
Maintain proper display and presentation of watches and other products.
Assist with stock receiving, counting, tagging, and inventory management.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stock checks.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well maintained.
Assist in billing, packaging, and delivery-related activities when required.
Handle products carefully and follow company procedures for stock security.




Support customer service and ensure a positive store experience.
Coordinate with the back office/warehouse team for stock requirements.
Follow company policies and retail operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in watch retail / luxury retail will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English or good working knowledge of English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good numerical and stock-handling skills.
Presentable, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a retail environment and adaptable working hours.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Qualification
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Relevant retail experience will be an added advantage.

Season Mall, Magarpatta, Pune

Experience

0–3 years in retail/store operations preferred.
Candidates with watch industry experience will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
