Job Summary

G-Stock Academy is looking for energetic and result-oriented Direct Marketing Executives to promote our stock market education programs, connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, and support them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Promote G-Stock Academy’s educational programs through direct marketing, phone calls, WhatsApp, and personal interactions.
Contact and follow up with prospective students from assigned leads.
Understand prospects’ requirements and explain suitable education programs clearly.
Conduct effective student counselling and product presentations.
Generate new leads through direct marketing activities and networking.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
Convert qualified prospects into admissions through professional communication.
Achieve assigned monthly lead, follow-up, and admission targets.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams.




Maintain accurate daily sales and follow-up reports.
Participate in seminars, webinars, educational events, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and presentation ability.
Sales/direct marketing experience is preferred.
Experience in education sales, EdTech, financial education, or related industries will be an advantage.
Ability to work with targets and follow-up consistently.
Basic computer, CRM, WhatsApp, and email skills.
Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

Experience: 0–5 years
Salary: ₹15,000 onwards per month + incentives (depending on experience and performance)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
