Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, communicating with potential candidates, and connecting interested candidates with the BDA team through Google Meet.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to leads provided by the company.
Communicate with students and understand their requirements.
Provide basic information about courses and programs.
Identify interested candidates and connect them with the BDA team.
Coordinate and schedule Google Meet sessions.
Follow up with candidates as required.
Maintain accurate lead and candidate information.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable communicating with candidates over the phone.
