Job Description

We are looking for fresh Civil Engineering graduates with basic knowledge of AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills to support design and drafting activities across projects.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in engineering design and drafting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare basic 2D drawings using AutoCAD
Assist senior engineers in design and drafting work
Modify and update drawings as per project requirements
Maintain drawing standards and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to understand design inputs
Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings
Prepare basic reports and documentation

Required Qualifications
Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience




Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
Understanding of engineering drawings and symbols

Skills Required
Basic AutoCAD drafting skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to current tools and processes
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team workplace

Preferred Skills (Optional)
Exposure to site drawings, layouts, or as-built drawings
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Internship or academic project experience in drafting/design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
