About us :

Aarunya is a Bengaluru based non profit educational trust that imparts a strong foundation of English speaking and reading skills to first generation learners. Our goal is to enable their access to increase prospects while increasing their confidence and sense of self worth.

Research has found that English fluency increases economic and social mobility by as much as 63% in India continued intervention programmes for children and young professionals. Aarunya’s team of teachers and volunteers equip them with communication English skills and a brighter future.

Primary role :

Aarunya is looking out for a trainer who can lead training sessions and teach as and when needed for our various programs.

Responsibilities :
Conduct training sessions and take classes for our different programs - in person or online as required




Course correct and modify existing training programs as needed
Evaluate effectiveness of the program
Observe classes if needed and give feedback
Collect data and collate

Skills needed :
Should be proficient in Spoken English
Solid foundation in English Grammar
Interpersonal skills
Public Speaking
Excellent Communication and Organisation skills
Time Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
