About the Role

Ambika Iron & Minerals is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, solid coordination skills, and the ability to manage field activities, workers, vendors, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day field operations.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
Maintain proper records of daily operations, manpower, materials, and transportation.
Conduct regular field visits and resolve operational issues.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, vehicles, and materials.
Coordinate material movement and transportation as required.
Monitor field-level safety, discipline, and compliance with company procedures.




Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective action.
Coordinate with the office team and management regarding field requirements and updates.
Ensure smooth communication between field staff and management.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, field operations, logistics, mining, minerals, construction, or a related industry.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage field staff and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining reports.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
Should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
A valid driving license would be an added advantage.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹15,405.46 - ₹58,566.10 per month
