Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with robust field-sales interest may also be considered)
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 CTC per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a ground-level, field-oriented Sales Executive who is comfortable travelling across local/block markets and developing business through the General Trade (GT) channel.

The candidate will primarily cover Salt Lake and Rajarhat markets, visit retailers and local shops, generate orders, maintain relationships with market stakeholders, and ensure regular market coverage.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits across assigned GT/local markets in Salt Lake and Rajarhat.
Visit retailers, shops, distributors and other trade partners.
Generate orders and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with retailers.
Identify recent outlets and expand market coverage.
Ensure regular product availability and visibility in assigned markets.
Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, demand and customer requirements.




Coordinate with distributors for order fulfilment and stock availability.
Maintain daily market visit and sales reports.
Ensure proper follow-up for pending orders and payments, wherever required.

Candidate Profile
Must be comfortable with extensive field work and daily market visits.
Strong knowledge of local markets in Salt Lake, Rajarhat and nearby areas will be preferred.
Experience in General Trade / FMCG / Retail Sales / Distributor Sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Should be energetic, target-oriented and self-motivated.
Should be comfortable travelling independently within the assigned territory.
Basic smartphone and reporting skills required.
Local candidates from Kolkata/Rajarhat/Salt Lake preferred.

Compensation
