Telecaller / Calling Executive

Location

Kharar, Mohali

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Hindi & Punjabi; basic English is preferred
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and leads
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and calling applications
Positive attitude and skilled approach
Freshers can apply
Prior telecalling, sales or customer-handling experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
Explain JP Studios' services, projects and opportunities
Follow up with interested candidates and clients




Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
Convert leads into registrations/bookings wherever applicable
Coordinate with the internal team for further communication
Handle basic customer queries professionally

Salary

Salary will be discussed based on experience, communication skills and overall suitability.
