Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee centre operations, staff performance, and customer experience.
Drive sales, package promotions, and revenue growth.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Ensure hygiene, discipline, and adherence to company SOPs.
Coordinate with management for smooth functioning and reporting.

Candidate Profile:





4–10 years of strong sales/operations experience in Ayurveda, Wellness, Spa, Healthcare, Hospitality, Salon, or Retail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead teams effectively.

Presentable, energetic, and customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
