Job Responsibilities
Set, operate and program HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines.
Prepare, modify and optimize CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensions and tolerances.
Perform tool setting, work offset and tool offset.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds and feeds.
Handle Fanuc / Mitsubishi / Siemens CNC controls.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure components meet quality requirements.
Troubleshoot machine, tooling and programming issues.
Optimize machining programs to improve cycle time, productivity and tool life.
Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Maintain production, quality and safety standards.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of HMC machining and CNC programming.
Solid knowledge of G-code / M-code.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
Experience in setting, operating and programming HMC machines.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
