Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to lead our Kottayam showroom for premium doors, furniture and interior products.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete responsibility for showroom sales and daily operations.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and improve showroom profitability.

Lead, motivate and monitor the showroom sales team.

Handle walk-in customers and ensure solid enquiry-to-order conversion.

Develop business from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors ect.

Ensure effective display, merchandising and presentation of products.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in showroom sales / retail sales, preferably in furniture, doors, interiors, building materials or home products.

Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.

Robust communication,



customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of the Kottayam market and local business network will be an advantage.

Target-oriented, energetic and capable of working independently.

URGENT REQUIREMENT

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Salary: Attractive salary + performance incentives, based on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
