Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
Exposure to Networking/Cybersecurity vendor training/certification programs
Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology .
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering technical training .
Experience in building labs, training content, and practical workshops .
Solid communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

Key responsibilities:
Design, customize, and deliver technical training and workshops for customers.
Deliver vendor customized/certification trainings as per prerequisites and requirements.
Build and maintain labs and learning settings for hands-on training.
Deliver engaging sessions with real-world examples and demonstrations.
Provide assessments, feedback, and follow-up support to improve training outcomes.
