Key Responsibilities
Prepare Continental dishes and pizzas as per standard recipes.
Handle pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and baking.
Manage daily mise en place and ensure timely preparation.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Assist the Chef de Partie during daily kitchen operations and service.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of ingredients.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Control food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
Support and guide Commis 2 and other junior kitchen staff.
Ensure smooth and timely service during busy operations.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
