Prepare annual budgets, financial plans, and cash-flow forecasts.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
Oversee accounting, billing, payroll, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure proper control over company funds, assets, and expenditures.
Review and approve major financial transactions and investments.
Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.
Analyze financial risks and implement appropriate cost-control measures.
Provide financial reports and strategic advice to senior management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
