MBA Faculty (Assistant Professor / Lecturer)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures in MBA subjects as per the university curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, presentations, and study materials.
Conduct practical sessions, case studies, group discussions, and seminars.
Evaluate assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
Mentor and guide students for academic and career development.
Encourage research, publications, and participation in FDPs, conferences, and workshops.
Maintain attendance, internal assessment records, and academic documentation.
Qualification
MBA with First Class (Specialization in Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, etc.).
NET/Ph.D. preferred as per AICTE/University norms.
Relevant teaching or industry experience preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Student feedback and academic results.
Timely completion of syllabus.
Research publications and FDP participation.
Placement and internship support.
Departmental event coordination.

Pay: ₹15,040.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
