We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Hindi Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, communicate with customers in Hindi, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and follow up on leads. The candidate should have excellent spoken Hindi, valuable communication skills, a qualified and polite approach, and basic computer knowledge. The role also involves maintaining customer details, updating call records, coordinating with the concerned team, and achieving daily calling and follow-up targets. Previous experience in telecalling, voice process, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
