Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified appearance, and the ability to assist customers in selecting interior decorative products while delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Showcase laminates, veneers, louvers, charcoal sheets, and other decorative materials.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable at all times.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service (Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply).
Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).

Hindi (Mandatory)

Tamil (Mandatory)

Preferred Skills
Experience in interior products, furniture, home décor, building materials, or showroom sales.
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
