Admission Counsellor – UG/PG

Job Summary:
Responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, handling admission enquiries, and driving UG/PG enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on programmes, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
Follow up with prospects from enquiry to admission.
Achieve admission and conversion targets.
Maintain lead and student data in CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with academic and admission teams.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and admission drives.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with solid communication skills.
1–4 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, or inside sales preferred.
Strong counselling, follow-up, and conversion skills.
Target-oriented and student-focused.
English proficiency required.
