Naxose Retail is hiring experienced Supermarket / Hypermarket Supervisors for our Kottayam operations. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant retail experience to manage day-to-day operations and team activities across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily department operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and coordinate team members and allocate daily tasks.
Monitor sales, stock availability, replenishment and product display.
Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and department standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor customer service and resolve customer-related issues.
Coordinate with Store Management and other departments.
Monitor stock movement, damages, expiry and wastage where applicable.




Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
Prepare and maintain required department reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a Supermarket, Hypermarket or Retail setting.
Relevant experience in the respective department will be preferred.
Valuable team-handling and communication skills.
Ability to manage daily retail operations effectively.
Customer-oriented approach and willingness to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
