Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that nurture children's growth and development.

Encourage social interaction and cooperation among students to foster a sense of community.
Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their growth and development.
Communicate openly and regularly with parents about their child’s progress and challenges.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom workplace.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
Experience working with preschool-aged children.
Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
