Domain: Payroll Labour Compliance HR Operations

Location: Mumbai | Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through calls, email and LinkedIn.
Identify and contact HR, Finance and business decision-makers.
Understand client payroll & compliance requirements.
Schedule meetings and generate qualified prospects.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead/CRM records.
Support the sales team in proposals and client acquisition.

Candidate Profile
Graduate / pursuing BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA or equivalent.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive and target-oriented.
Freshers with an interest in B2B sales are welcome.
