About the Role

Katyayani Organics is looking for enthusiastic International Executives to join our Export Team. The role involves communicating with international customers, coordinating export operations, supporting business development, and ensuring smooth order execution. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with international clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Coordinate export orders, quotations, shipments, and customer inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.
Support export documentation and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Identify and support recent international business opportunities.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of export procedures is an added advantage.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication (Mandatory).
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused.
