Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage prospective student enquiries, conduct counselling calls, follow up with leads, and convert qualified prospects into course admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and working specialists.
Contact and follow up with recent, existing, and interested leads on a daily basis.
Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, skill gaps, and training requirements.
Counsel students and recommend the most suitable courses and career paths.
Convert enquiries and qualified leads into registrations and admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp until closure.
Coordinate demo classes and counselling sessions for interested candidates.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust sales, counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills




Ability to handle objections and close admissions
Comfortable with daily calling and continuous lead follow-ups
Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp communication

Preferred Candidate:
Experience: 0–3 years in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Admissions Counselling, Education Sales, or a similar role
Experience in EdTech / IT Training / Education will be an advantage
Any Graduate

Package: ₹2.0 – ₹2.5 LPA, depending on communication skills, relevant experience, and interview performance.

Incentives: Attractive performance incentives in addition to the fixed salary, linked to achievement of admission and sales targets.

Pay: ₹12,456.50 - ₹30,070.43 per month
