Role: Bancassurance Relationship Manager Industry: Life Insurance / Banking Channel: Bancassurance Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with bank branch staff and customers. Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branches. Work closely with Branch Managers and bank employees to identify potential customers. Generate and follow up on leads provided by the bank. Explain suitable life insurance products and benefits to customers. Achieve monthly Current Business (NB), NOP and premium targets. Drive renewal collection and follow up with customers for pending premiums. Conduct regular branch visits and maintain solid relationships with bank staff. Train and motivate bank employees to generate insurance leads. Track daily leads, logins, conversions, premium and renewal performance. Ensure timely submission of proposals and required documents. Follow company and IRDAI guidelines and maintain proper documentation.



Participate in branch campaigns, sales drives and customer engagement activities. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management. Required Skills: Good communication and relationship-building skills. Sales and customer-handling ability. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of life insurance products. Ability to work effectively with bank branch teams. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Qualification: Any graduate, preferably with experience in banking, insurance, BFSI or sales.

Pay: ₹14,349.84 - ₹30,000.00 per month
